Understanding Our Payment Terms

iLease Management LLC Payment, Refunds, Plan Upgrading and Downgrading Terms and Conditions

Important Legal Notice

The information below represents our general subscription terms and conditions. However, any executed agreement, contract, or master service agreement between your organization and iLease Management LLC will supersede these general terms. For enterprise customers or those with signed agreements, please refer to your specific contract terms for binding payment, refund, and cancellation policies.

Payment Requirements

  • Valid credit cards are required for all iLeaseXpress paid plans. Free accounts are exempted.
  • Upgrading from a free to a paid plan triggers immediate billing.
  • iLeasePro plans can be billed via credit card, ACH or invoice, based on agreed terms.

Refund Terms

  • Upon choosing a paid subscription, you'll be billed instantly, and payments are non-refundable.
  • No credits or refunds will be provided for partial service months, changes in plan, or unused service durations.
  • Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable law or payment processor policies.

Plan Modifications

  • Plan upgrades: Immediate access, prorated billing for current cycle
  • Plan downgrades: Take effect at next billing cycle, no prorated refunds
  • Adjusting or ending your service might result in content or feature loss.
  • iLease Management LLC isn't liable for these losses.

Additional Fees

Fees don't include taxes, levies, or duties except U.S. income taxes. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location.

Cancellation & Account Management

How to manage your subscription, cancel your account, and what to expect during the process

How to Cancel

  • Email support@ileasepro.com with "Cancel Subscription" in subject

Billing Cycles

  • Monthly plans: Billed every 30 days from signup date
  • Annual plans: Billed every 365 days from signup date
  • Billing occurs at 12:00 AM UTC on your billing date
  • Email reminders sent 7 days before renewal

Data After Cancellation

  • Export your data before cancellation (recommended)
  • Account remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
  • Data permanently deleted after 30-day grace period
  • Legal and financial records retained per compliance requirements

Failed Payment Policy

  • Automatic retry attempts: Days 3, 7, and 14
  • Email notifications sent for each failed attempt
  • Account suspended after 14 days of failed payments
  • Reactivation available within 30 days with payment
