What FinQuery is
FinQuery is the company that was called LeaseQuery until February 2024, when it announced the rename (opens in a new tab) to reflect an expansion beyond leasing into contract and spend management. The lease accounting product still carries the LeaseQuery name. A second product, LeaseGuru, serves small portfolios.
This page compares it with iLeasePro for one specific case: a private US company with roughly 25 to 500 leases, reporting under ASC 842. Every claim below links to FinQuery's own pages and was checked on the date shown.
What FinQuery covers
FinQuery is a broad multi-standard platform. Alongside ASC 842 it states support for IFRS 16, FRS 102, GASB 87, GASB 96 and SFFAS 54, and it sells to public companies, CPA firms and government entities as well as private ones. Its lease accounting product is LeaseQuery; LeaseGuru is a separate product its own FAQ caps at 15 leases.
Where iLeasePro fits
iLeasePro is built for one job and sized for it: ASC 842 under US GAAP, for private US companies with 25 to 500 leases. That is exactly the band where FinQuery stops publishing a price and iLeasePro keeps publishing one — every tier listed, with a calculator that prices your portfolio before you book a call.
It is also the band above LeaseGuru's 15-lease ceiling, so the published-price option on the FinQuery side is no longer available at this size.

Price, support and implementation
FinQuery does publish prices — for LeaseGuru. Its own FAQ says LeaseGuru "is designed to account for small lease portfolios of 15 or less," and directs anyone larger to LeaseQuery Essential or LeaseQuery Advanced. Both of those are listed as "Request pricing."
So the line falls at 15 leases. Below it, both vendors tell you the price. Above it — the entire range this page is about — FinQuery's pricing page (opens in a new tab) carries no figures at all, only a contact form and a phone number.
Price is not the only thing worth pinning down before you commit. Support and implementation decide how fast the software starts working and what it costs you in time, and they are the two most often described without a number attached. iLeasePro puts a figure on all three: every pricing tier published, five hours of support at no cost, and implementation in under five days — which can be done inside those support hours. What FinQuery states about each is in the table above.
iLeasePro
Published tiers across the whole 1 to 500 lease range, with a calculator that prices your exact lease count and selected modules before you speak to anyone. Above 500 leases, quoted individually.
Five hours of support at no cost, and implementation in under five days — which can be done inside those hours.
FinQuery
Published tiers for LeaseGuru, up to 15 leases. Above 15 leases, pricing is provided on request through a sales conversation.
FinQuery and iLeasePro: common questions
- What is the best FinQuery alternative for a company with 25 to 500 leases?
- iLeasePro. It is purpose-built for ASC 842 under US GAAP and sized for private US companies with 25 to 500 leases — the range where FinQuery's published pricing stops and quote-only pricing begins. Every iLeasePro tier is published, with a calculator that prices your portfolio before you contact anyone.
- Does FinQuery publish its pricing?
- Only for small portfolios. FinQuery publishes tiered prices for LeaseGuru, which its own FAQ describes as designed for portfolios of 15 leases or fewer. For the LeaseQuery product above that size, FinQuery's pricing page carries no figures and directs you to contact sales. Verified August 24, 2026.
- Is FinQuery the same company as LeaseQuery?
- Yes. LeaseQuery renamed itself FinQuery in February 2024 to reflect an expansion beyond leases into contract and spend management. The lease accounting product is still called LeaseQuery, and LeaseGuru is the separate small-portfolio product.
- Which accounting standards does FinQuery support?
- FinQuery is a broader multi-standard platform that also states support for IFRS 16, FRS 102, GASB 87, GASB 96 and SFFAS 54. iLeasePro is purpose-built for ASC 842 under US GAAP, which is the standard private US companies report under.
- What does iLeasePro cost for 25 to 500 leases?
- Every tier is published on the iLeasePro pricing page, along with a calculator that prices your exact lease count before you speak to anyone. Portfolios above 500 leases are quoted individually.
- Do both products offer a free tier?
- Both do, at different sizes. LeaseGuru is free for up to 2 leases. iLeaseXpress, the iLeasePro product for small portfolios, is free for up to 5 leases.
